Mobile Integration Solutions - 2010. April 16.
The GSM integration solution enables the application of mobile devices as switchable extensions resulting a massive reduction in the telecommunication costs of the given company. A further advantage of the system is that it can be used free of charge as long as the communication between the GSM devices and SIM cards is cost-free. The duplicated – or simultaneous – ringing of both the land phone and the softwarically connected mobile phone (and the possibility to turn it off) is a real answer for the challenges of the communication of companies and it may also make the separate private phones redundant; and the question of private usage of company mobile phones unnecessary.
Siemens Call Center - 2010. April 16.
Newly developed Call-Contact Center – compatible with myportal applications – is now available and can be ordered for Siemens Hipath. One of the main characteristics of the system is that it can be used by a maximum number of 64 operators along the normal (either myportal or analog) extensions. The application handles e-mails, faxes, and makes the recording of voices/sound possible. At the same time a wide range of reporting functions assist the users in their efforts to cut relevant costs.
Extended AMP product system warranty from HOSTLINE - 2010. April 16.
HOSTLINE has been rewarded with a successful AMP certification and now shall extend a 5-year warranty for structured networks set up by the company. The length of the warranty period may vary from 5 years up to 25 years based upon the type of the AMP cable applied.
